The service

Peakcut turns a video you upload into short, captioned clips. The free plan includes 5 processed videos per month per account (or per browser, if you haven't signed in) and shows ads; Pro ($15/month) raises that to 20 videos/month and removes the watermark, and Pro Plus ($29/month) raises it to 50 videos/month.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that:

You don't have the rights to use;
Is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates someone else's privacy;
Is intended to harass, abuse, or harm others.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service, including attempts to circumvent the free-plan limit or the upload rate limit.

Billing

Pro is billed monthly. If you pay via PayPal it's a recurring subscription — cancel any time from the billing portal, effective immediately once PayPal processes it. If you pay via bank transfer or crypto, nothing auto-renews — you pay again each month to keep your plan active, and simply not paying is how you "cancel." No partial refunds for time already paid on any method.

No warranty

Peakcut is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the clips it produces will be accurate, usable, or fit for any particular purpose. We're not liable for lost content, missed deadlines, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
